Juan was great. The professionalism, follow through, cleanliness and completing the work in the time frame given was on point. I will be using Zeus electric moving forward. I’ve dealt with an electrician in recent months who had a variety of excuses to delay the job, increased the price at the end without letting me know why before completing the work as to why the price would need to be increased, and just not feeling as though he was honest. He had been out to review what needed to be done and did troubleshooting 3 different times, so the amount of surprises should have been minimal. He was simply unreliable, over priced and untrustworthy. So I looked for someone else to compare pricing and to prevent further delays of getting the job completed; and I have to say, I’m so glad I did. Zeus Electric was on time, their prices were reasonable and the job was completed. Juan communicated what his findings were and what needed to be done to complete the job according to my wishes. When the scope of work changed from the estimate, to get the job completed per his findings and our conversation, Juan informed me of the increase in price before moving forward. I so appreciated his honesty. And to be honest, the estimate changed because I was not detailed enough when Fernando came out to give the estimate of exactly what I wanted, so the scope of work had to change due to me forgetting to mention a few key details. Needles to say, I’m glad I used Thumbtack and found Zeus electric. The job was completed in 1 day even with the scope of work changing and I’m thankful. I forgot to mention, it was raining last Friday and Juan was working in the rain on my panel box to add power to my front bathroom, there was no mess in my house or left in the bathroom, they were so meticulous. Thank you Juan! Moving forward I will be calling Zeus electric.

We had an awesome experience with Zeus Electric (especially Juan). They were extremely professional, on time, and knowledge about their trade. They walked me through each step as they were installing wiring from my breaker to hot tub. Additional add on work was needed, and I was given the opportunity to make decisions before they moved forward. Their work is very detailed and clean. I absolutely recommend this company for your electrical needs, and will be using them again in the future.

Juan was very thorough and detailed when diagnosing my electrical issue.
