Like all projects, there will be overrun and surprises a long the way. Plan ahead and make sure you detail out what you want to do. Down to even measuring for the most successful project and cost savings on materials. Bill is a honest hard working man and is in high demand. He works around the clock on multiple projects so scheduling was probably the most difficult part of the project. But Bill is responsive and adds value to our project. We ran into a few issues that Bill was able to work through. Even after having paid Bill fully, he still came back to fix issues/flaws we've found without complaint. My only recommendation to those looking to hire Bill is to make sure to know what you want (design, materials etc), write it down, and walk through it with them first. They aren't mind readers. Follow up is key. Also make sure you have enough time for your project because surprises always cause delay! Usually projects are one and done and the contractors just walk off. With Bill, we developed a relationship and understanding. Would I hire Bill again? I already have. Bill is honest, hardworking and responsive.

For small jobs Ill be happy to give a hourly rate, based on the scope of work, all other work can be bid .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know each customer as if we will be knowing each other for a long time. I enjoy meeting new people and many of my customers have been with me for a decade or more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been in the repair and remodel business since 1973, and have been lucky enough to learn from some of the best in the business, who take pride in their work and stand behind it.
