First phone call to get all the information and to set the appointment, we set on a date and arrive at home or business and analyze the home or business and gather info from owner and give my best assessment and give best options like Repair Vs Replacement options or just 3 top options for a system that needs 2 or more repairs, will give best better good options and no high pressure sales tactic, will offer financing etc

2 yrs at San Diego City College for Air Conditioning and refrigeration Technology 5 Yrs sheet metal Union Apprenticeship program, graduated Journeyman and left as a foreman 2 yr in Manuel J & Manuel D Heatload calculations and sizing of homes and commercial building.
