We had a service call on our furnace on Monday and had such a great experience from start to finish. The CSR Shelley helped me book and a service tech Jonathan showed up 4 hours later. Jonathan was punctual, professional and such a joy to work with. He diagnose the issue and my heater was fixed at a great price. I would recommend Mauzy to any of my friends or family!

I went with Mauzy when I was looking to replace my HVAC system with an electric heat pump. My technician, CJ, came out on the weekend and spent all afternoon explaining my current set-up, taking measurements, and crafting the perfect heating/cooling solution for my home. He was polite, professional, clearly an expert in his trade, and spent time with me and my wife explaining everything we had questions about. Mauzy has my highest possible recommendation! Dylan was amazing. In and out in a flash and has the system working better than ever. I had a lot of experience in the service from division officer to Command ashore and afloat with many ACR techs . Dylan's professionalism, technical skills and identification of the problem with a speedy repair was the best.
