- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible with the customer, but at the same time being fair to myself as well. I always try to go as low as I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet them and walk through the job with them. Then within the next day or two I will give them an estimate (depending on job size).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up around carpentry and remodeling. my stepdad always had his own buisness, he would bring me to jobs when I was young and once I was old enough I started working for him.
