I cannot write a good enough review to describe Luther's work. He is so polite, kind, honest and responsive, let alone his cleaning ability! The clean is thorough, meticulous, and leaves my place spotless with a lovely fresh clean sent. I have 3 dogs, a cat and a snake and he makes it seem like it's just me in there! Very down to earth yet professional. Can't recommend any higher!

Luther started out as what I thought was a great house cleaner. In time, I was needing to let him know of the things he was not completing that we discussed that were to be done upon hiring him. He is very friendly and assured me that everything would be done as I asked for the price we agreed on. After several conversations about this, Luther decided that my requirements were too high, and he was never going to be able to satisfy me. my high requirements were, that I had to remind him to empty all the trash cans, I had to remind him to actually scrub the tubs, he consistently left lights on that I was always having to turn off after him, including in the garage on each visit. He then broke the glass plate in my microwave on accident. We both went on Amazon to see how much they were to replace anywhere from $30-50. he asked me if it was OK if he did a little research to see if he could find it cheaper, I agreed. It took almost a month and a few text messages to find out what was going on. Because he then quit. I had not received the plate. He said he ordered it and never received it, then venmo’d me $40 out of the blue. I definitely feel misled by his ability to clean professionally.
