My philosophy is that fitness and nutrition should be an integrated part of your lifestyle where you act and behave the way you do, simply because it makes you feel good.
I don’t want exercise or nutrition to feel like a chore for anyone... because it doesn’t have to be!
If we are educated on what we put in our bodies and how it affects us, we are more likely to choose better options and behave in a certain way.

I started at 240 pounds and after a year of her being my nutritionist and personal trainer I got down to 193. She held worked around the foods I liked and gave me simple meals to make. In the gym she had me feeling like I was in my 20’s.

I have been a member of Elevation Fitness for more than a year and this review is overdue. I absolutely love Elevation. I love the flexibility of the training hours, the others members and the staff. Coach J as I fondly call Julissa Bridegroom, is the proud owner of this establishment. She's a consummate professional. She takes pride in what she does. She is caring, has expert knowledge and is constantly thinking of ways to provide her clientele with the best possible experience, whether exercise, nutrition, food prep, just fill in the blank. I have lost over 20 lbs and gained muscle mass which I previously thought was an impossibility since I'm older now. Coach J assured me that if I put in the work both in the gym and in the kitchen, I would see results and I do. Come by and join us, we'd love to have you.

Before I started training at Elevation Fitness, I was lifting on my own and not seeing or feeling much, if any results. I have been training with Jusilla for about 3 months now and I have already visibly put on a lot more muscle, more definition, and feel stronger. The guidance and encouragement that she offers her clients gives me the motivation needed to stay on track and reach my goals. She caters to clients individual needs and each workout and nutrition plan feels directly applicable to me and what I want to achieve.
