I am fair and highly accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally discuss the issue via phone, set-up a schedule to meet, I visit the property to asses the damage and provide an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 Contractors license classifications and over 20 certifications related to the restoration industry. Within college courses my majors involved industrial hygiene, site safety and health.
