- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Like many photographers, my passion started when I was a child. I am a veteran and after my service I picked up a camera and started taking animal portraits on the side. Somewhere along the way I was hired to photograph a friend's child and then a friend's wedding. From then on my passion grew into what is now BBP.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Sometimes cheap doesn't equate to quality. These images will adorn your walls for years! Also, make sure you're comfortable with who you hire... it will show in your photos if you're not. And if you're hiring someone to photograph your precious newborn- make sure they're vaccinated, have taken safety courses, and are all around comfortable with newborn photography.
