- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum price is $200.00. It changes depending on the complexity of the job and the distance I need to travel to get to the job. If the job is going to take more than 2 hours, I charge $75.00 per additional hour. Sometimes if I'm not busy and a customer's budget is small, I might lower the minimum to help out the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them to find out what they have in mind, and then work with them to determine where and when to take the photos. It is important to us to deliver the types of photos that the customer wants, and our goal to make them happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take classes and workshops regularly. A lot of photographers out there don't really know how to use their camera. They rely on automatic or semi automatic settings. Cameras in auto mode average the lighting and create average photos. Lots of people can point a camera and create an average photo. We aspire to something more!
