- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing scales with the square footage of the property and the services desired. I also include a discount whenever more than one service is provided, scaling with the number of services selected! My bundles are the best pricing options available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact and an appointment is scheduled, I'll go to the property (either with you or by myself) and capture the media. Editing will take place same day or night, unless otherwise arranged with you, and finished products will be delivered the next morning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for Real Estate. After I got burned out on my Senior Living Property Management Career I wanted to pursue this dream of mine.
