- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a network administrator for a local college out of high school. While the industry was booming, I was never really happy with my work. Home Theater is one thing that I found, that allows me to share and be surrounded by joy and happiness. I mean, who's unhappy about getting a new TV? But we are always unhappy to get our computer worked on or fixed! Serving our customers is what makes this an awesome business!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of TV mountings and surround sound setups for our day to day work. Pre-wire a house for new construction or remodel. Whole house audio, video distribution, placing all the equipment in one closet that feeds the house, that way you don't have boxes in every room.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We often get calls to finish up where another company left off. I acquired a client that had another company do work in his business. The crew didn't finish and walked away leaving his place a mess with wires. I spent my time cleaning up and getting him setup with the equipment he really wanted and made him very happy.
