My hot water heater went out on a Friday and David was at my place at 9:00 the following Saturday morning. He had the hot water heater in place in no time and took care of another plumbing issue while he was here. I would have given him 5 stars, but his promise to provide an extended 8-year warranty for the water heater was never fulfilled. I've contacted him at least three or four times requesting the promised warranty. Each time he said the warranty would be forthcoming. It has now been 3 weeks since the install and still no warranty.
