Crew did an outstanding job coming to my place last minute. I have a house in Heber which is 2,300sf 3/2, single level. To come on the same day I called, they charged me $200 and stayed for two hours. They are my regular cleaners for a year now. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

It is unfortunate that I feel I need to make a less than positive report on my experience. My interaction via text messaging was great. I felt confident that both myself and the company had made my needs and their ability to cover them well understood. The price, while it seemed a little high, did seem fair as I had emphasized that there would be a lot of dusting.My other main concern was that all flooring be well cleaned. (Our home has all tile or laminate wood flooring.) This was not the case when I returned home. The company owner had left a text/email that the cleaners had left at approximately noon, having been at the house for 3 hours. As I walked through the house I ran a finger across various surfaces in each room and found many places that had not been dusted at all. The laminate floors were smeared as I looked across them in the daylight from the windows. When I called the owner, she told me that she, herself had cleaned the baseboards (per my original request and part of the contract) and that she was shorthanded. She offered to take $50 off the cost and I thanked her. ***Subsequent to my conversation and payment of the bill, I have moved several pieces of the furniture in our den and it is VERY obvious that nothing had been moved from where it sat!

you are welcome to shop around, but you'll find value in using an organizer that prioritizes you and your families activities of daily living and the quality of your lives.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ideally you'll text us some pictures so that we can see the general condition of how the place is and how big it is. and then we will let you know how much we would need. we remind you the day before by phone or text and then we get there at the time that we agreed to you. let us know how we're going to get in or you meet us there. we'll use your household products and vacuum if you'd like us to, but if they don't work, we'll use ours. then when we're done we will leave the key where you told us to or whatever closing instructions you give us and we'll expect payment at the time of completion. that can be in cash, PayPal, zelle, or cash app. and of course tips are greatly appreciated but not necessary.
