What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we provide in home free estimate for your installation. Prices for, cleaning are conducted off site. We will send a proposal via email with all the scope of work our insurances and a binding price in a contract for your signature approval. once its signed and a deposit is set, we will schedule your work, preform and invoice :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams are regular briefed by OSHA safety, trade licenses by the CSLB, customer service training and much more
