- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First cleaning will be a deep cleaning, so the first session will be higher, just to cover the level of detail. Cleanings after that will be a lower rate, and scheduling will be determined individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to start with a deep cleaning, where I clean the space from top to bottom. From there, I usually recommend moving to weekly or biweekly maintenance cleaning, depending on the needs of the space and client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
