I've taken many fantastic yoga classes from Sita and I've been blown away by her Kirtan singing. She delivers a unique and uplifting experience in yoga. She keeps it light and fun while stretching thoroughly and working the body hard enough to feel like you got a good workout. Conversely, I know she teaches other styles and have experienced her Friday night Yin class as very mellow and relaxing. Quite a way to end a stressful week, going into a weekend relaxed!!! Love it. I recommend her classes fully.

Sita is one of the few teachers that brings with her exactly the kind of pure bhakti love that I am always looking for in a class or a teacher. She has been amazing both in studio and privately. A teacher and leader you can trust with both your body and your heart.
