I was impressed with Jose DFranco enthusiasm, prompt response, and work ethics on my daughter’s 7-year-old drip irrigation system not working properly of dispensing water from initial installation. Jose assessed the situation and offer a solution to resolve the problem including upgrading the fixed emitters to a higher gph rate and recommended placement of extended emitters. Jose allow the customer’s input and his expertise on satisfying the customer’s needs and request. He made sure the customer was pleased with the final work, the operation, and any questions. His work is guarantee for a year and fairly price. I highly recommend Jose DFranco for his expertise in resolving drip irrigation issues.

Excellent experience. I highly recommend Jose. He took the time to walk with me through both front and back yards to make note of the repairs and additions needed. Once he finished, he showed me each repair and each drip, according to my stated preferences. I am very pleased with his work, and when I need changes made to my system, I won't hesitate to call him again.

He took the time to carefully diagnose what was wrong with my irrigation system, clearly explain the issues, and walk me through the recommended solutions step by step. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and he really makes sure you understand how everything works. He went zone by zone through my sprinkler system, optimizing each area for the proper amount of watering. He manually adjusted individual sprinkler heads, turned some off, added others where needed, fixed leaks, and replaced a faulty valve controller. What impressed me most was how thorough he was. He did not rush the job at all. Instead, he took the time to go through everything step by step, making sure each zone was working properly and that everything was documented correctly in my app. It was clear he cared about getting everything right. If you need someone who truly understands sprinkler systems, explains things clearly, is professional, and charges a fair price, I highly recommend DFranco Irrigation Specialist and Landscape Services.
