Had the pleasure of working with Jose to fix a irrigation system at my new house. Wasn't familiar with the system at all, and after experiencing a couple leaks, needed a prompt fix. Jose came out quickly and assessed the situation and was able to fix it and help me learn the new system. A previous company had quoted us six times the price and said we needed a whole new system.

If I could I would give a 10. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything he as doing, why, and provide choices if applicable. Jose was the BEST! He completely repaired our outdated and broken irrigation system. He checked all the electrical wires, solenoids, and valves, and repaired what needed to be fixed. He explained everything he was doing step by step, and was extremely patient with my questions. He also replaced our 2 control boxes with new ones I had purchased. Everything was working perfectly when he left, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Jose even guarantees his work for a year, and wrote an itemized invoice for us for our records. He is a complete pro! We will definitely hire him again.

No I'm not, I do prefer to see the problem first and then a sumit a quote for their review. I offer to visit the client free of charge and if we agree with the price I perform the work.

Listen there needs , inspect the problem and recommend a solution for it . Or summit a quote for the installation of a new system if that is the case
