- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I book my bookings (for travel), for price, based on the customer or clients immediate budget(s) that they have to work with. I work along side of most, if not all, travel related businesses. I offer up to 90% off. I also offer military discounts and layaway. Associated fees are combined or itemized to the services requested. Restrictions do apply. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They must have a budget (an idea of how much they plan to spend) and know specific dates that they want to travel . This helps me have a better understanding of my customers and or client needs. If they can fill-out our short company questionnaire this would be a great help, as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts: Mathematics & Science and an Associate of Arts Degree in Business: Business Administration. Also, I have on-going training in the travel industry, as it is rapidly changing.
