What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't be afraid to ask for a deal. We would rather help you then you getting over charged by another vendor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The internet has a vast amount of knowledge and tips as far as computer service. We tend to rely on our experience and our customers feedback to gain the knowledge we need. One of the benefits that we give our customers is the lowest prices possible. That would not be possible if we had to renew several licenses every year for thousands of dollars.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Technology, Computers, Video Games, have always been my passion and I could never get tired of doing them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our jobs are mainly computer related. However we also repair Apple products and various gaming consoles such as the Xbox 360, Wii, and the PS3. We also offer Web Design, Hosting, and Graphic Design services.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whomever your hiring has adequate experience and they understand the value in "Customer Service". We like to partner up for life. So the first time we work for you, the questions get answered, and the problems get fixed.
