- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only service where the cost might fluctuate is the website build. Depending on what their needs are then they might have extra costs involved. All other services have a fixed cost and we do not lock clients in to contracts that are unbreakable. Every client has the ability to give 30 days notice to walk away from our services with no questions asked. We have a 97.3% customer retention rate and a 98% customer satisfaction rate, and we know that as long as we provide a great service/result, customers will continue using us forever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start by taking a look at a customers current situation. We look at a bunch of different factors that we know directly effects thier online brand. We then interview the client to see what their goals are, both long term and short term. This will then allow us to get a good idea of what they are trying to do which will allow us to really analyze their situation and make it easier for us to know what services to recommend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our whole back end team is always keeping up with changes that are happening all over. We make sure that everyone is on the same page so we know our customers are in the best hands possible.
