My wedding was very small with only about 14 guests. I live in AZ and was having my wedding in CA at my future in laws home. They live in the mountains and it was an outdoor wedding. I had 2 months to plan and my in laws made all the food for our wedding so we didn’t have to hire a caterer. My husband’s brother was the best man and his wife was my maid of honor. I realized about a month before the wedding that there was no way they could do all the food, pitting it out for a buffet, being by our side and having fun. I needed someone to help serve the food. I didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator per se since my photographer was doing my timeline and we only had 14 people total so what was there to coordinate. I started looking for food servers and I found d Lisa from Frosty Bartender. I sent a message with my request. Lisa promptly responded with pricing for a couple of different packages that she offered. Neither package met my needs or my budget. I asked if she was Abe to customize a package for my unique needs. She immediately called me. I explained everything and how I was doing tho from another state. Lisa said she doesn’t normally do this but gave me a per hour rate for someone to be there from 8 am until 3. They would direct the vendors to set up. Take care of laying out the food and clean up. The price was very reasonable. I had no idea how lucky I really was until the day of my wedding. I woke up early to finish setting up my tables and the morning was cold so I was having trouble. All of a sudden Brooke showed up. When she stepped out of the car at the same time as my hair stylist she said I am here to do whatever you need for the day. I said really? I didn’t expect her to finish setting up but she took me to the tent had me explain what I wanted and I showed her the ceremony site and she said ok go in the house and get ready. From that moment on I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I thought we ran an hour past start time because of my hair and makeup ladies running a little behind. But no my husband told me later that night that my vendors ran late for the flowers, cake, dj, etc. No one realized the location was T the end of a long winding mountain road. So it was no one’s fault that they were late. He said that Brooke was exceptional. She ran her butt off. She got the vendors moving she told them where to be when they had up. They tried to ask my husband as they showed up and she was right there directing them. She never let me know there was an issue. She would check on me and she sent the vendors up to meet me as I had requested. During pictures when my feet hurt she ran in the house to get my keepers and put my shoes back. My in laws were able to relax and have fun with us and Brooke did everything we needed and more. I can’t begin to thank Lisa enough for creating a custom package that was affordable and gave us everything we needed. Lisa didn’t even have a contract for what she a providing us it was that customized but she made it work. She is a wife, mother and business owner just like me. Thank you so much Lisa for being fair, affordable, professional and sending Brooke to make our day everything we wanted and more. It was a truly a magical day for us. My husband said if it hadn’t been for Brooke it wouldn’t have happened. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Lisa again for an event if I lived in CA. Brooke knew exactly what to do assisting us at the Celebration of Life. She kept replenishing the food trays while also keeping the kitchen organized and tidy. She enabled the hosts to engage with the guests. She was punctual and communicated with us throughout the event. We would not hesitate to call upon the Frosty team again!!

Lisa at Frosty was great. She brought a pro expertise that guided the initial planning. Lisa (the owner) plus one employee worked our event of 120 ppl. The provided top notch level service. I was completely comfortable to hand the details off to them and they coordinated with the rest of our wedding staff like a well oiled machine. They even provided help cleaning up and loading out at the end of the night. Our head valet, made a comment to me at the end of the night that felt amazing. He said all my guests were leaving saying great things and smiling about the wedding. He also added personally, that in the 10 years he has worked event, that overall, he thought that mine was in his top 10 or maybe even top 5 events he has seen. I asked him to clarify, he said Food, Staff, Atmosphere, Happiness of the guests. The party stood out. Frosty Bartenders played a huge part in that! Thank you Lisa!
