They have not done the work yet (the appointment is in a couple days) but I’m very impressed with them already. They are very informative and knowledgeable. I’m have quite the crisis at the moment, just bought a home and found out it has bedbugs! I have been freaking out and talking too many, many people and even had some estimates done. I have not felt confident or at ease for days. After speaking to Brent and then Brandon I am feeling quite optimistic that this nightmare will be over soon! Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and gave me clear instruction and answered every crazy question I threw at him in my panicked state! I feel 100% better. Can’t wait till Thursday when the buggies are gone! Then I will update my review!! Oh! And they are super quick to respond and great prices!!

The initial inspection had me sold. Mark came in, checked out the problem and sent us the report/pricing. He was nice, thorough and professional. The quote was FAR LESS than the big name exterminators we tried in the past. They came in today for the actual extermination and were just as professional. The process was done in an extensive professional manner and we are very pleased with the service and thankful to Mark and the others for helping us. We will definitely do business in the future again if necessary!(:

He is very knowledgeable, professional and polite and although the initial treatment isn't finished, the first part of the treatment has been great with a definite decrease in the bug infestation that we were having and so thankful he squeezed us in and making his already long day really long as he didn't leave our home until 7:30pm. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job varies in material costs, time, and labor. Especially time and labor due to the level of activity or damage that may have been caused by the pest activity. We are very competitively priced with much of our competition not able to beat our pricing. We will match or beat your lowest bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A full home inspection is most often required that comes with a digital report, to properly identify the problem. Once the evaluation is complete, we can provide a guaranteed solution. We at Zepol Labs don't control, we eliminate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a variety of licenses, including pesticide applicator & operator (Branch II) licenses and a pest control business license that makes us a full service company able to address most pest problems that customers face. We are proficient at bird, bat, rodent, rodent sanitation, insulation replacement, bedbug, and cockroach remediation.
