They were amazing with my dog and kept me informed about my dog’s well being and provided picture updates. I definitely would use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price is $35 per visit and is based on the area of Elk Grove you live in. Each additional pet is $5 per visit. (4 or more cats starts the extra pet charge)
We don't offer discounts. We have employees that require workman's comp, liability, and bonding insurance. We reimburse our employees for their mileage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have you activate a personal client portal, schedule your visits and set up your presit visit to meet with you before your departure to learn about your pets routine and set up lock box or pick up 2 sets of keys and a min. of 50% deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a registered veterinary technician since 2004. I have also been a professional pet sitter and dog walker for my business since 2004.
We have professionally trained pet sitters and dog walkers and they have passed back ground checks.
