Excellent service and extremely efficient. They “got down and dirty” with our clogged toilet bowl. Moreover, they gave us guidance on prevention and upkeep. Drain Time is a solid plumbing business. Trustworthy, and if I need plumbing work in the future, they will be the first people we call.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rate service fee of $79 but that will be applied as a credit to the cost if any repairs done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our new customers receive $100 of any repair over $500!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. We are here for all customers with plumbing drain and sewer issues. For new customers we have $100 off any repair of $500 or more. And all seniors, military and 1st responders up to 15% off any services.
