CMS painting- where do I begin? Carlos is an extremely talented painting contractor! His team are amazing, very professional, polite & never hesitate to go way above & beyond. They tolerated me (&the dogs) traipsing through they work space, asking questions & generally impeding their work. They were so very kind & understanding. I have some experience with painters, I have several very close friends who are retired painters (after 40+ years in the trade). When I got ready to hire a painter I reached out to them for interview questions & advice on what to look for in a painting contractor. Carlos nailed all the hard questions, so he got the job. I am painstakingly restoring a 1960 ranch house. My friends told me not to get my hopes up, the paint & varnish used then was banned now. They told me I just couldn’t get that same oil based look. They were wrong! He color-matched the trim & all my built-ins & trim looked perfect! Carlos is not only talented, he is also very determined. Determine to please his customers by giving them exactly what they asked for. He stayed extra days to make sure it was just right. Also, I had a terrible time finding colors for the walls. I must have tried 8 different shades of off white. They all looked horrible. Carlos stepped in & made some suggestions & we found the exact perfect color. From the interview until the final walk through, Carlos explained everything to me in a way I could understand & had confidence in. I so appreciate all the time & energy he put into this job. I could never have anyone else do any painting in any of my properties. There is so much more to say about this team! If you have high expectations, or have no idea what you want & zero experience with painting CMS is the team for you!!! I will certainly post pix once I get my house back together.
