I was impressed the prompt response to my request and ease of using the app. The provider showed up on time (early even) and did a pretty good job. My house was cleaned really well and the provider was efficient, friendly and hard working. There were just a couple of things I would request to be done differently next time. I didn’t care for the oil used on the wood furniture - it was too shiny and in some cases, unevenly applied. Just a preference thing. And the laminate flooring was not cleaned well enough for me - it was mopped but there are footprints and other marks still very visible and it was left really wet in some areas. I think a cleaning solution (only water used) on the floors with time to dry is needed. Overall I had a good experience though and felt comfortable with the provider. I plan to use the service again.

The house smelled great after the cleaning. However, I must say that the cleaning was not as thorough as I would've liked. I was sent a checklist of all they do and once they left I checked my home against the checklist. I found that they must not follow their own checklist because there was a ton of sanding dust behind the toilet and there were doorknobs and lights that were still dusty (I had informed them that there had been a lot of sanding and painting recently in my house and that dust was my main concern).
