I hired this painter to repaint the interior of my condo completely, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding.
He was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. Every surface was prepped properly, and the quality of the work truly shows. The lines are clean, the coverage is flawless, and the finish looks fantastic throughout the entire space. It honestly feels like a brand-new home.
What stood out most was his work ethic and pride in doing the job right. He kept everything clean, stayed on schedule, and communicated clearly every step of the way. No shortcuts—just solid, high-quality craftsmanship.

It’s not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled, and I’m very glad I chose him for this project. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch painting work.

Irving was so wonderful to work with. He painted two bedrooms and did some touch ups in a couple of rooms. He did an excellent job and was so easy ti do work with.

Worked with Lotus Painting to repaint my masters bathroom. They were highly recommended from a friend. The owner, Irving came out beforehand to check out the project and helped me talk through diff paint options and colors which I found super helpful. On the day of painting, the painter was so detailed and meticulous. He even took off the bathroom mirror and light to paint behind them. They painted the baseboards also. No shortcuts! And the price was more than fair compared to other quotes I got. I will definitely be using Lotus again!

We're absolutely thrilled with the amazing job that Lotus Painting Co did on our house! They painted the 1st floor, stairs, and bedrooms, and the results are stunning! He even helped us pick out colors that complemented our existing decor - super helpful! He was upfront about the process and timeline from the get-go, and his pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of work. He's a true professional and a pleasure to work with - polite, meticulous, and always willing to lend a hand. We couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!
