Renbukai Karate of Elk Grove

Introduction: Our dojo teaches authentic Renbukai karate. We are not a commercial dojo. Our dojo is limited to 20 kids and 20 adults. We are a traditional yet family-oriented dojo. We do not have long-term contracts and only charge $75/month for adults and $70/month for kids. Sensei Mario is the main instructor, and sensei JB teaches the kids' Thursday class. The adult classes are 1 1/2 hours, and the kids classes are 1 hour. We instruct not only the physical part of karate but the mental, philosophy, anatomy, and the history of an art that has been around for hundreds of years.
