Hands down best trainer I have ever worked with. Since going and training with Tom I'm down 15 lbs and lifting more weight then I thought I ever could. If anyone out there is looking for a trainer with your personal interest Tom is your guy. Can't thank you enough for the change you have helped me make in my life.

Tom is a dedicated trainer!! He wants to see you succeed and wants you to be active in succeeding for yourself! Comes up with great exercises that keep you on your toes and challenges yourself! Completely in LOVE with my muscles and the body that I am building!

When I found Tom, I was training on my own and eating "clean" for over a year. I hit a plateau. All my exercises were from what I saw others doing at the gym but I had no idea what I was actually working out. Although I was losing weight, I wasn't seeing the definition I wanted. When I first start a year ago, I wanted to lose weight, so I was eating very little calories. I needed someone to help me figure out how to maintain the size I was at but increase my strength and muscles. Tom listened carefully to my needs and quickly pointed out what I was doing correctly and then had great suggestions for what I needed to change. He knew I wanted to stop losing weight, but also I didn't want to gain weight. He came up with a meal plan for me and also some ideas on how to tweak some of the training foods I was regularly eating in order to make me more efficient. Tom sends me video examples of my workouts each day. Not only does he walk me through each move, he explains what muscle I am targeting. When I am frustrated, he is patient and listens. He gives amazing advice and truly cares about my progress. I recommend Tom because he is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to his clients. He truly wants you to succeed in your goals and you know he's there with you the whole way.

Dude, your so full of yourself in regards of your response. I didn't nothing about take me on as client training at you gym. Nothing in the discussion whatsoever, so don't try to make yourself look good on Thumbtack so that your review can look good that doesn't work in here so get your facts straight.     I suggest you go with someone who truly understands the process and what it takes to reach your goals. Someone who will truly work with you and for you through every step of the way. This is what I offer. A fully reliable trainer who will guide you and will be available to you no matter what time it is.
