Kris did a fantastic, 5-star job on my deck, which had not been cleaned all winter and needed a thorough wash. He was honest, upfront, extremely accommodating to my schedule and gave me an accurate estimate on cost and amount of time needed for the job. Kris did an amazing job at our house!! He was thorough and very professional. He even went above and beyond to clean some of our walkway that’s not in the scope of the job. We recently worked with Kris for roof, patio and entry concrete and house washing. I was shocked at the difference in how our house looks. I certainly didn’t think it looked that dirty or that there was so much moss growing on our roof. Kris used steam instead of high pressure and it makes such a difference. It is cleaning your property without being damaging. Kris provided video showing his work and it’s so impressive. I truly believe this type of maintenance will delay roof replacement or repainting. I definitely will be scheduling Kris on a regular basis.
