I would give this company a five star rating. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it quicker than I ever dreamed I talked to him on a Thursday they were here on Friday and have been reinstated for home insurance by Wednesday if you have any problems with an insurance company and they’re saying you have algae or mold on the roof you have to have it professionally cleaned with a warranty to have a chance

I received a non-renewal letter from my insurance company and they cited organic growth such as moss/algae, etc on the roof.
I called couple of companies and Chris responded back promptly. He took length to explain what he would do to clean up the roof, including the chemicals he would use, not the type of stuff you can buy from HD. What I liked the most is that he provides 5 year warranty for his work, that shows his confidence of his quality of work. His bid was reasonably priced, and he even threw in the whole house wash, side walk wash into the job for free. He also worked directly with my agent regarding the proof that was required to the insurance company for renewal. I don’t need to be involved at all. Two weeks later, my insurance company renewed my coverage! He did such a good job that I also recommended him to my property management company, and also I will ask him to do another rental property next week! Attached are the photos, the 1st is the house before, the 2nd is after his work

We had such a positive experience with Kris! We just built a new tile patio and with construction still on-going it was covered in dirt and stains. Kris responded to our request right away and was flexible on timing too. We love that he only uses steam so it’s non-toxic and safe for not only our new tile but for our young daughter too.

The tile looked new again after just an hour. We will definitely have Kris come by regularly to keep our house looking new!

Kris returned my call promptly and scheduled me right away for a complete house steam cleaning and washing of my solar panels. I was impressed by his professionalism and he instilled a lot of confidence in his approach to the work, including making sure the solar panels were not damaged in the cleaning process, especially being careful not to use water too cold that could crack the panels. His truck mounted washer has a very precise temperature controls. He even had a special tool to take a reading off of each panel to make sure they were working properly before and after they were washed. He shared with me before and after photos of the cleaning work on the solar panels. The before photos showed them as a light grey (probably dust and grime); the after photos showed the panels gleaming black. A big difference that I hope translates to the panels being more efficient in charging the storage batteries. And in fact, checking my panels today versus yesterday, I can see that today my panels do indeed appear to be more efficient, registering greater kWhs today compared to yesterday under similar weather conditions. Also, steam cleaning the entire house removed all the accumulated dust and grime and gave the house a nice fresh feeling. He even cleaned out the gutters and power washed the driveway, and some retaining walls so as to remove a bit of mold I had not previously noticed. Overall, I would give Kris a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. You won’t go wrong by using Kris to do your solar panel washing and home steam cleaning.
