This property management is a joke still waiting to get stuff fixed on top of that we resigned our lease for anther year and now they tell us we have to have renters insurance for 100000 dollars but if we want to go with theres its 17 dollars a month and only covers the house so basically they are telling us we have to pay home owners insurance for a house we dont own. Ridiculous I have never heard of such a thing, if we get ours we have to put them down on the policy which I dont understand why when renters insurance only covers your stuff not the house. I think its a scam so they can make money if something happens to the house and they can collect. I am waiting for the agent to call me back and explain it to me. I wonder if the ownersof the propertys that they manage know.Now this place didnt pay the garbage and water bill for 5 months and they took it out of the rent. Then they send me a three day notice to pay rest of rent. I asked why I wasnt notified there excuse was they manage over 600 properties they can keep track of them all, so I asked isnt that what you get payed for to manage properties.

My friend and I moved to Sacramento from Davis and had a tight window of time to find a place before our lease in Davis ended. We worked with Mariel and Joy and were very pleased with the quick turn around with our application and move in date. They were both very understanding and accommodating of our timeline. Additionally, they were very helpful and responsive to emails and phone calls. Joy gave us a tour of the unit and even sent us multiple photos that she had taken. We really appreciated how easy and stress free Mariel made the leasing process with the electronic docusign and excellent communication via emails. I would highly recommend Eagle Property Management and requesting to work with Mariel and Joy.

Terrible!! They own our property at 2732 Rio Linda!! The email to contact them never works!!! No returned calls on issues! Ive been physically attacked by a neighbor over parking!!! I asked her to park correctly so the rest of us can park, low and behold miss 3 warrants and on drugs is damaging the property outside my door ( yes she was arrested! No the damage was not repaired) the property managements (maintence manager does nothing but custodial, and has his whacked out alcoholic father harassing the tenants and having constant company taking up up to 7 parking spaces when its already limited, bc hes running a mechanic shop out of our parking lot!!! 4 broke down cars that have sat for over 3 months!!!!! Damage done to my 30,000 dollar car by careless tenants!! Improper maintence fixes! Im 1 step away from calling OSHA! My god this is a terrible expirence. Ive been verbally attacked and cat called by random men at all hours of the day, threatened to no end with violence and bombardments for asking anybody to follow a single rule!!. Homeless park an dump their trash and bowels on our parking lot leaving us tenats to have to pick it up!! Yes I have picked up USED HERION NEEDLES THAT MY NEIGHBORS GRACIOUSLY COULDNT BE BOTHERD TO WALK 3 feet to the dumpster!! There are many kids that play here!!!! The railings are falling apart!! Its sad that nobody can come in or out or even have a single place to park at night because of the mechanics projects side hustle and invitations for friends and family to live in the lot! What do I got to do to see things fixed around here when the matience has family members and friends renting out units and letting them run an absolute muck!!!! The tow truck agency listed will NOt tow our lot!?! The police are here every week over drug addicts, dealers and straits drunks! Can somebody please contact me via email for pictures? Its absolutely terrible and Im trying to either FIX THE ISSUES OR ILL MOVE AND CONTACT THE PROPER PEOPLE TO SEE THIS FIXED legally.

Bills are never posted on time. Staff is always behind and passing you off to the next employee when there is an issue. It's a constant run around. Loyal and trustworthy tenants are treated poorly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Client Onboarding Manager will assist our new customers throughout the whole onboarding process. Initially, a new customer will review our Property Management Agreement. Once this is completed we will import your owner and property information into our property management software. Owners will have access to an online portal where they can view property statements, tenant ledgers, and be paid via ACH payment. If you are in need of a new tenant to occupy your rental, we have the software to send your listing to all major listing sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, and many more! As we receive applicants we will extensively screen & background check clients to ensure we place a quality tenant in your rental.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
