- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Client Onboarding Manager will assist our new customers throughout the whole onboarding process. Initially, a new customer will review our Property Management Agreement. Once this is completed we will import your owner and property information into our property management software. Owners will have access to an online portal where they can view property statements, tenant ledgers, and be paid via ACH payment. If you are in need of a new tenant to occupy your rental, we have the software to send your listing to all major listing sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Apartments.com, and many more! As we receive applicants we will extensively screen & background check clients to ensure we place a quality tenant in your rental.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As members of NARPM, CAR, SAR, BBB and BNI, we are kept up to date with all the latest trends and technological advancements in the property management industry.
