- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have never understood why brides pay a higher cost that their bridesmaids or VIPs. We believe everyone should get the same great service, so our rates are consistent with every client!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a signed contract and 50% deposit to reserve the day/time. From there we can schedule a trial (not required, only if desired) for anytime before the event date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings are definitely where we spend most of our time! However we do have years of experience working on set for photo shoots and video shoots, music videos, and all special occasions. We have experience will all different skin types and tones!
