- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate and a fixed rate per space. I provide 1 hour free Consultation at the site. I provide discounted materials and accessory purchases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. In person / phone Consultation 2. Tailoring project details 3. Budgeting and timelines 4. Projects are completed in phases I offer a complimentary consultation either in person or over the phone to determine if we're a good match. During this discussion, we'll delve into the project's specifics, including the client's vision, personality, style, and lifestyle. This will help me create a design that reflects my client's lifestyle and taste. We'll also discuss any concerns or issues and pricing during this consultation. Afterward, a customized proposal and contract is created for each client. Throughout the project, I believe in engaging with the client and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been designing residential interiors for about 3 years now. To ensure my work is top-notch I am committed to keeping up with current design trends, attend design classes, design events, designers and trade resources which helps me provide my clients with the most effective support in reaching their interior design goals.
