FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate per session is $75.00. I offer long term training packages which bring the per session rate down a little bit. The majority of my clients prefer to pay for 13 weeks at a time since it is slightly more cost effective and much simpler for everyone to manage. I know that I am not the cheapest trainer here on Thumbtack, but I consistently over deliver on value to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically what I do with new clients is work on building strength in the rotator cuff muscles and the core muscles while practicing perfecting their form through low rep sets on the basic movement patterns. Once they have built good movement patterns and have sufficient core and rotator strength we then begin increasing the resistance on these compound exercises. I like to layer things in piece by piece, so we begin first with making regular exercise a part of their lifestyle and then begin to implement other lifestyle factors such as sleep, diet, stress reduction, etc. until eventually they have completely transformed their entire lifestyle and are on the path to long term health and vitality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several certification courses over the years including AFAA, ISSA, NESTA, and APEX. Along with the certification courses I am constantly networking with other industry professionals and never quit trying to gain new knowledge into how to be a better trainer. I continuously invest in training, nutrition, business, psychology, and leadership courses so that I can be sure that I can deliver the most value to my clients.
