With DP Waldman's coaching sessions, our college aged son was able to obtain positive personal growth and recharge his self-esteem. Our son had lost his way, was disorganized, lacked time management skills, and his grades were spiraling downward. Over the time that DP and our son worked together his grades significantly improved, and he has changed majors to a career track that better suits him. His time management and organization skills are back on track, and he is doing well. DP was sensitive and supportive with our son, giving him the tools he needed for self confidence. Hiring DP was the right choice for our son!

Simply put DP has helped me become a better manager and a better-rounded person. We worked together on a variety of business topics including time management, leadership point of view, servant leadership, situational leadership, visioning and planning. As a coach he helped me understand the best way to initiate and implement change with myself and within the work group.
