- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive prices. Customer loyalty programs are available, offering discounts with repeat customers. Supporting the troops who have served our country is very important, Military discounts are given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with each and every customer to go over details of service that needs to be done. Estimates are easy and quick. I will take a walk around the property, doing a quick window count to judge the amount of work each job will require. Moving forward, I always check for existing damage to windows, screens and possible hard water stains. After the customer decides to move forward, I make sure we agree on a fair price and will then get started on making your windows look good as new!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window Cleaning requires a huge attention to safety. Knowing most jobs require use of extension ladder and at times walking on roof tiles. I have been a Union worker in the past and have taken all safety courses required by OSHA on ladder and roof safety.
