Where do I begin? Yolanda was the answer to my prayers. I received a letter from the IRS with a payment due for an exorbitant amount of money. After the initial shock wore off I came onto thumbtack to start researching CPAs. Yolanda was one of my options and boy am I glad that she reached out. It only took minutes for her to respond with a phone call, immediately delving into the issue and providing me with free advice. FREE. Her willingness to offer advice was the deciding factor in contracting her to help me with my problem. She worked all weekend all my job, constantly communicating via phone or e-mail, explaining every step and being a comfort to my brain that the problem would be solved.
I couldn't be happier with the results. Intelligent, experienced, courteous and hardworking. I owe a lot to Yolanda and will continue to use her for my accounting/tax needs.
