I had an excellent experience with Rafy from start to finish. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire security camera installation process.
He also walked me through how to use the app and access recordings, making sure I felt comfortable operating everything.
What impressed me most was his knowledge. He is a tech wiz, everything seemed so easy for him. He even helped me with other IPhone issues. Fantastic experience, I sent a request in the morning and Rafy offered to come that same morning. He was prompt, punctual, knew his stuff, and identified and fixed the problem very quickly. I had a wonderful experience working with Rafi from Smartechsolutions. He helped me set up two outdoor Ring cameras, a Zoom camera, and my indoor Wi-Fi. Rafi was friendly, patient, and very sincere.
