I messaged Fixbot late Saturday night and did not expect a response until Sunday or even Monday but Sergei responded immediately and set up a time to visit the next day and now it’s Monday and the dishwasher is fixed and working! I’ll be calling him now for all appliance issues.

Although I could only give three positives according to the website, I would select many more. Sergei was so responsive and professional in my washer fix request. He went above and beyond and fixed my door that was not closing properly to the laundry area! He quoted me a fair and good price and even gave me a warranty. I would definitely use his services again.
