Our Home Inspections Start at $220. We Offer Add-On Packages That Include Extensive Areas to Inspect. Some of Our Add-On Services We Offer Are Thermal Imaging, Refrigerant Charge tests, Indoor Air Quality, Water Quality tests, and Energy Audits. We Also Offer HERS Testing for Title 24. This Is Required by The State Anytime You Add/Alter Your HVAC System. This is Also Required for New Construction or Alterations. Our Starting Price is $250 For a Title 24 HERS Rating. We Offer Property Photography as Well. Our Photography Fee Starts at $150. Contact Us For More Details.
