- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's usually based on time and miles traveled; I don't charge extra to do 50 pictures vs. 100 pictures on your flash drive, cuz that doesn't cost me any extra. If you want more prints than offered in a quote, or more hours, I am always open to discuss it (and I am pretty reasonable). I take payments through Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. Not a lot of photographers do that.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It just kind of happened. Someone told me in high school that I should take pictures professionally and I dabbled a little. Before I knew it I had my own company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Family portraits, weddings, engagements, headshots, modeling, maternity, casual shots, parties, animals.
