Our mini horses wear 'bun bags' (like diapers for horses). The handler remains with the pony at all times and ensures a mess free experience. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You tell The Pony Bar SD which package you're interested in: The Cowboy: Horse Trailer Bar + Standard Bartending The Palomino: Horse Trailer Bar + Premium Cocktails The Pony Package: Horse Trailer Bar + Standard Bartending + Mini Horse Beer Burros From there I customize your package. We go over guest count, number of hours, your location and what type of drinks you would like served. When the details are confirmed, I send you a quote and you'll make a small deposit. With the non-refundable paid deposit, your date and time will be reserved so that you won't miss out. The Pony Bar SD is a dry-hire bar. We provide you a shopping list to purchase the alcohol and supplies needed based on your guest count, number of hours and type of drinks served. You have the option of placing the order for us to pick up and bring to the event. We can also arrange ice delivery. A month before the event we confirm the final guest count, and you pay 50% of the total. The final balance is paid to The Pony Bar SD in cash the day of the event when we arrive with the bar to set up and receive the alcohol. If you prefer to pay the final 50% by card, you'll pay the remaining balance a week before the event. The Pony Bar SD is fully insured and will provide insurance certificates to your venue. We love to work with wineries, ranches and wedding venues!
