- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project will be different price depending on size of its self, design and type of materials to be used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all respond to their lead by calling them, then arrange a meeting at the jobsite to walk over the project details in person to later provide them a detailed explanation and an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a laborer for the first part of my construction experience then later gained the knowledge and skills to become a professional concrete finisher then to become a licensed contractor.
