After he installed the tankless water heater he was going over the characteristics and functions of the equipment to my wife. And my wife was able to understand everything he said. We ended up getting a Navian tankless water heater Energy efficient. He ended up doing the installation and providing the tankless water heater. We highly recommend him to anybody in the Escondido area for any plumbing services. I would definitely be calling him for my any plumbing issues at home. attached are the before and after pictures.

Called Jackson plumbing, excellent experience of the phone and received an appointment the following day. The owner arrived on time, very pleasant young man, assessed the problem quickly, gave me several options for fixing the problem with competitive pricing. The fix I chose involved him coming back the following day, he arrived on time and fixed the issue faster than I thought and got me set up well for the future. Jackson’s professionalism and personality made the whole experience much better than things typically go these days. Don’t want any more issues but if I have them, I won’t hesitate to use Jackson Plumbing in the future and recommend to others.

The drain cleaning work performed by Integrity Rooter & Plumbing SD, was excellent. Our kitchen drain was stopped up, and, in order to clean the line, the plumber first used a 50 electric snake. As this was insufficient to clear the line, he graduated to the 100' big gun snake which did the trick. Overall, a 10 out of 10! Highly recommended.

Jake responded quickly and was out the next day. Very professional uniforms and vans. I had a clogged drain and needed a dishwasher connected. The drain needed a full replacement, but he was very thorough informing me on what was needed to fix my clogged drain. Excellent job! It had built up over the years, so took awhile to clear it, but he gave us some good tips on how to avoid that in the future. He also cleared a couple of bathroom sinks. Plumbing issues are never fun or cheap but sadly they happen. Thankfully Jackson was available to come check out the issue. He took a look and offered a few solutions. Got my toilet issue resolved in the meantime and offered to provide an estimate for a more permanent solution later. Very professional and nice mannered young man. I appreciated him being upfront about costs and expectations without talking down to you that some plumbers do.
