We had concrete work and artificial grass installed, and overall we are very happy with the quality of the work. The contractor was professional, punctual, and communicated well throughout most of the project. The work was completed efficiently and looks great. However, there was an issue with our side gate that the contractor stated he would return to fix after I had already paid in full. Due to safety concerns for my children, it was important for us to have the gate repaired promptly so it could close and lock properly. While communication was initially good, it eventually stopped and there was no response to calls or texts. I escalated the issue through Thumbtack, and shortly after, the contractor reached out and resolved the gate issue. The concrete and artificial grass work itself was well done, but the lack of communication regarding the gate repair was disappointing and ultimately led me to update my review.

Luis and his guys did a great job leveling a 360sqft room in preparation for flooring. I would definitely hire him again, we have already discussed a separate concrete project
