- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not at all complicated, I have single session pricing and I have packages of multiple sessions with discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very interactive with my clients from start to finish. My clients can contact me during their training packages and even after the packages are completed. If I can help them over the phone I will. It is important to me that my clients are happy and feel empowered to change whatever issues they are dealing with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly doing continuing education. I believe that a good professional never thinks they know it all. I am always open to new studies and ideas within my field. I spend hours watching dogs and reading their behavior. It is very important to me to stay on top of what I'm doing.
