I recently had the pleasure of hiring HD for a crucial home installation, and I can't recommend them highly enough! As a disabled veteran, I'm accustomed to handling many projects myself, but installing a 75” Samsung Frame TV above my fireplace along with a ceiling surround sound system was a challenge I gladly handed over to the experts. To start the technician, Joe, arrived when he said he would (a fantastic start).
I had specific ideas about the setup, and Joe was all ears before offering several excellent suggestions that made my setup even better. He really knew his stuff and it was evident as
he explained the process clearly and simply, making it easy to understand. His meticulous attention to detail exceeded my expectations. He treated my home and equipment with the utmost respect as if they were his own. This level of professionalism and care was very impressive. He was able to conceal all the electrical and video wiring, leaving the space neat and the installation perfect (even my wife approved!).
A huge thank you to HD and especially Joe, for not only meeting my high expectations but exceeding them. Your knowledge and excellent service made this experience incredibly positive!
