- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications in personal training, kickboxing, kettlebells and basic nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After spending 4 years in the military where I fell in love with working out and helping people I decided to become a personal trainer. I’ve been training now for 12 years. I’ve recently combined my passion for fitness and fashion and started consulting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
On the fitness side I’ve worked with kids as young as 8, and mature adults up to 83. They include athletes and the the everyday person just looking to improve their quality of life.
